In Scandinavian folklore, the "myling" were the phantasmal incarnations of the souls of children that was unwanted and
killed by their mothers and forced to roam the earth until they could persuade someone to bury them properly.
Mylingen is a Progressive Extreme Metal band from Sweden, mixing elements of Death/Black and Doom Metal with influences from Prog Rock and Heavy/Power Metal.
